

Dr. Rose Thomas
Dr. Rose Thomas was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She graduated with honors from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Sciences degree. She then completed her post-graduate studies at the Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr. Thomas completed her clinical rotations at Foresee Eyecare in Toronto, Braverman Eye Center in Florida, and The Villages VA hospital. Throughout her optometric education and clinical experience, she has cultivated experience treating and managing ocular disease, pre and post-operative care, and pediatric eye examinations.
Dr. Thomas strives to establish strong patient rapport through providing excellent eye care as well as fostering a warm and welcoming environment. In her spare time, Dr. Thomas can be found taking workout classes, trying new restaurants, and going on a nice long walk (probably while shopping).
Dr. India Donofrio
Dr. India Donofrio graduated summa cum laude from Salus University in just three years. During her optometric education, she gained extensive experience in comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and managing a variety of ocular conditions.
Dr. Donofrio is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care and strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling with her husband, embracing new experiences together.

Dr. Adela Coy
Dr. Adela Coy is originally from Indiana, where her passion for eye care began. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Indiana University before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at Midwestern University – Arizona College of Optometry in Glendale, Arizona.
Her clinical training included extensive experience in both private practice and co-management settings, where she developed a strong interest in ocular disease. Dr. Coy is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and is excited to serve the patients of Arbor Place Eye Care.
Dr. Andrea Hill
Dr. Andrea Hill provides comprehensive eye care, including management of ocular diseases, emergency eye conditions, and post-cataract care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry, summa cum laude, from Southern College of Optometry and her Bachelor of Science from Furman University. Dr. Hill completed a residency in ocular disease at the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Virginia.
She has worked in high-volume ophthalmology practices and has participated in international medical missions and community vision screenings. Dr. Hill is board certified by the American Board of Optometry, a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and a member of the Georgia Optometric Association. She has received multiple academic and professional awards throughout her career.

Dr. Kate Cotter
Dr. Kate Cotter grew up in Wilmington, NC where she received her undergraduate degrees from NC State University, double majoring in Biological Sciences and Plant Biology.
Her interest in eye care began after graduation, while she worked as an optometric technician. Additionally, she completed a certification program through Duke Eye Center, prior to Optometry school.
Dr. Cotter moved to Philadelphia to attend the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she completed rotations at The Eye Institute, the Durham VA Medical Center, and Cape Fear Eye Institute. Dr. Cotter values educating patients about eye health and the importance of regular eye exams.
In her free time, Dr. Cotter enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on hikes, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
