Leila Freeman has been working in the optical industry since 2008 and has been happily married for five years. She is a certified paraoptometric coder by the Commission on Paraoptometric Certification and is passionate about her work. In her free time, Leila enjoys reading, watching movies, and solving puzzles. She is dedicated to furthering her education and will be obtaining additional certification in billing and coding later this year.



Kijana Redd,

Optometric Assistant

Kijana is new to our Douglasville location but has been an experienced ophthalmic technician for 2 years. He is currently in dental hygienist school and scheduled to graduate this winter. In his free time, Kijana enjoys 

kayaking at sweetwater and keeping his pitbull active by daily walks. His dedication will soon payoff so keep an eye out as he prepares to assist with both your eyes and your teeth!

With over six years of experience in the optical field, Tiara has become an invaluable member of our team. Her dedication to eye care is evident in every aspect of her work, from expertly guiding patients in selecting the perfect frames to handling technical tasks with precision. In addition to her optical expertise, Tiara is a talented, self-taught nail technician, an avid anime enthusiast, and a beauty expert. Above all, her most cherished role is being a proud mother to her beautiful daughter, who is the light of her life.

Tatyana Foster,

Optometric Assistant

Tatyana Foster is a committed Optometric Assistant with a strong passion for providing outstanding patient care. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where every patient feels valued, informed, and well-cared for. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tatyana enjoys exploring new and exciting travel destinations and channels her creativity through engaging social media content.

Miski Aress,

Optometric Assistant

Miski is a dedicated certified para-optometric technician with a background in biology and a passion for eye care. She thrives in the fast-paced world of optometry, from assisting with patient care to understanding the details of lenses and diagnostics. As a student at Agnes Scott College, she has a commitment to learning and hopes to expand her expertise in vision health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her big family, exploring scientific research, and discovering new opportunities in healthcare.

Kaitlyn Hammonds,

Kaitlyn has over three years of experience at Arbor Place Eye Care. From the moment she was introduced to the optometry field, it was love at first sight! Her bubbly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality makes her an amazing manager. In free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, trying new activities, and going on adventures.

 

Niccolette "Nico" Tosta,

Office Manager: Douglasville

Nico has over 2 years of Optometry experience at Arbor Place Eye Care, where she manages the Douglasville clinic with care and expertise. A Miami native, she’s excited to explore Georgia. Patients appreciate her warm personality, which creates a welcoming environment. Outside of work, Nico enjoys anime, reality TV, and exploring new cuisines with her fur baby, Chloe. She’s passionate about making a difference through her management style and helping her clinic and team thrive.

Jada happily joined our Woodstock team in the spring. She is currently studying to become a behavioral technician. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her puppy, playing video games, and building legos. She also loves dinosaurs and anything with sugar.

Ashley is new to our Douglasville location and brings over 6 years of experience in management roles. She is passionate about helping others, exploring new challenges, and finding creative solutions. In her free time, she has a knack for adventure. Ashley’s journey is fueled by a drive to empower and support those around her, making a positive impact wherever she goes.

She is dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and valued, and her warm demeanor makes her a standout member of our team. Jazmyn is passionate about providing the highest level of care to our patients. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue her education to become an optometrist. In her free time, Jazmyn enjoys watching cartoons and shopping.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, running, and spending time with her fiancé, family, and church community, where she works to inspire others. Lety’s blend of ambition, creativity, and compassion makes her a truly remarkable person!
