Arbor Place Eye Care Scholarship Fund
We are elated to now offer scholarships to 2024 high school graduates!!
Eligibility Criteria for the Arbor Place Eye Care Scholarship
To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must:
- Be a current high school senior
- Be a resident of Douglasville, East Point, or Woodstock, GA
- Have a 3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Write a personal statement (250 word minimum)
- Submit 1 letter of recommendation
- Participate in extracurricular activities
- Participate in community service
- Application deadline: March 15, 2024
DETAILS:
- The applicant must be enrolling full-time at an accredited college, university, or community college.
- This scholarship is non-renewable. The scholarship will be paid directly to the college of choice. Please upload the FULL APPLICATION ONLY below. A full application includes: a transcript, personal statement, and a letter of recommendation.
- Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. One to a resident in Douglasville, East Point, and Woodstock, GA.
- The recipients will also receive a free eye exam to ensure that they are visually ready for college!

2022 Arbor Place Eye Care at Camp Creek Scholarship Winner, Zenobia Abudu-Abrams!
Zenobia will attend Sarah Lawrence College in New York, and will major in Filmmaking and Moving Image Arts. She has received over $225,000 in scholarship money!

2022 Arbor Place Eye Care Douglasville Scholarship Winner, Brooke Blacknall!
Brooke will major in Elementary Education at Spelman College. Brooke is also a recipient of the Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation Scholarship and is a Bonner Scholar.
